Rally Getaway offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the annual chapter membership ($100/year). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date through Paddle — no usage qualifiers, no questions asked.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides customer service inquiries for purchases, and handles returns and refunds.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can also reach Rally Getaway support at hello@rallygetaway.com and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.
Rally Getaway does not process payments between planners and vendors. Any refunds related to vendor bookings (hotels, venues, transport, etc.) are governed by the individual vendor's cancellation and refund policy.
