Who pays?
One person in your chapter activates and pays the $100. Everyone else who signs up with the same chapter name and school plans for free for the rest of the membership year.
How am I billed?
Our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, processes your payment. You'll get a receipt by email and can manage or cancel the subscription anytime from your Rally Getaway account page.

Vendor pricing
Prices shown on vendor cards (e.g. "from $X/person/night") are the vendor's own quoted rates, not a Rally Getaway fee. We never take a cut of vendor bookings.

Do I pay per person or per trip?
No. The $100 annual fee covers your entire chapter for a full year, regardless of how many people plan trips or how many trips you organize. There are no per-seat or per-trip fees.
What happens when my chapter membership expires?
Your membership renews automatically each year. If you cancel, your chapter will lose access to outreach and new vendor inquiries at the end of the current billing period. Existing trip data remains viewable.
Can multiple people in my chapter activate separately?
Only one paid activation is needed per chapter. Once activated, anyone who signs up with the same chapter and school can use Rally Getaway at no extra cost.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is PCI-compliant and handles card data securely. Rally Getaway never stores your full payment details.
